In option 4, there is no Apple Mobile Device USB in the Universal Serial Bus controllers
In option 5, there is no Apple Mobile Device in the Services window

Hello, I'm Virginia an independent advisor with 20 years of expertise in fixing my own & friends' PC problems.
Which Windows version are you running - 1809, 1903 or 1909?
Connect the iDevice with a USB cable to the PC.
Right-click the Apple Mobile Device entry in Device Manager>Universal Serial Bus controllers and choose Update Driver Software.
• Select "Browse my computer for driver software."
• Select "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer."
• Click the Have Disk button. Note: If the Have Disk option is not present, choose a device category such as Mobile Phone or Storage Device if listed, and then click next. The Have Disk button should then appear.
• Click the Browse button and navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers.
• Double-click the "usbaapl" file. (This file will be called "usbaapl64" if you have a 64-bit version of Windows. If you don't see "usbaapl64" here, or if there is no Drivers folder, look in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers. instead).
• Click Open in the Have Disk window. Then, click Next and then Click Finish. Windows will install the driver.
When you connect the IPhone via USB does it show anywhere?
Have you tried a different cable?
Is the USB cable a genuine Apple one?
If you go to device manager>file>show hidden devices does the iPhone show there?

It seems that the Apple iPhone device driver has been broken before 1909 but got worse after the update. I have an open ticket with MS SRX1490393570.
I can cajole the missing iPhone Internal Storage and DCIM folders to appear in Win File Manager by enabling and disabling the Apple iPhone device driver in device manager and waiting several minutes. Then the DCIM folders appear.
Then doing a copy of movie files from DCIM to Windows Pictures will fail with a "Requested value cannot be determined" Error box. After this the DCIM folders are not reachable. Skipping the particular the file copy failed on when trying again will cause a failure on another file. Corrupt file not the issue. Feels like a large copy of mov files causes some resource to run out.
